    What is included in the tour

    • Chennai – Delhi – Chennai Flight Fare 
    • Dormitory hall at Delhi for Fresh up for Onward Journey. 
    • Transportation by 27 seater NAC Coach as per the Tour Itinerary. 
    • Accommodation on Sharing basis 
    • Veg food from Day-01 starts with Lunch and ends on Day 12 Lunch

    What is NOT included in the tour

    • Helicopter Charges 
    • Food at Kedarnath and Gangotri 
    • Portage, Horse, Doli  ,Airport Pick up and Drop, Room Heater Charges. 
    • Covid – 19 Test Cost, any Medical Cost. 
    • Cost for Extra soft drinks, beverages, packaged drinking water, meals/snacks etc apart from  the one mentioned above. 
    • Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, tips, telephone bills, room service, Porters, Camera charges, boat ride charges, Pony, any other optional/additional tours etc. 
    • Any expenses caused due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons beyond our control such as train/flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, landslide, roadblock, bad weather, heavy rains etc. 
    • Anything not mentioned in the head - “Inclusions”.

    Guide Lines
    • Ensure to carry your necessary medicine, Spoon, Plate, Tumbler, winter clothing’s water bottle. (If Diabetic request to carry snacks or biscuits etc). 
    • Hotel Check in & check out time is 12 Noon hence check out should be strictly followed by  the group. 
    • On arrival for Fresh up Dormitory hall will be provided and for Night stay at Haridwar  room will be provided on Twin Sharing. Other places rooms will be provided on a sharing basis only.    
    • While on journey in the coach, seating pattern will be rotated on a day to day basis, hence all co-passengers are requested co-operate.     
    • Take care of your Belongings and valuables. The company will not be responsible for any loss. 
    • Helicopter tickets are subject to availability and climate condition.  However the company doesn’t take the guarantee tickets for Helicopter . 

    Note: Additional expenditure per head in the tours towards Pony, Dholi, are as follows:     

    • Yamunotri and Kedarnath tour Rs.5000/- Rs.10000/-(Approximately).  This information given to you is for the sake of budgeting.
